What You’ll Do
As a Porch Light Senior Care, Inc, caregiver, you’ll visit clients in their homes and provide compassionate care tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with Daily Living Activities – Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support – Cooking balanced meals and ensuring dietary needs are met
Light Housekeeping & Home Maintenance – Keeping the home clean, safe, and organized
Transportation & Errands – Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
Companionship & Emotional Support – Engaging in conversation and meaningful activities
Medication Reminders & Wellness Monitoring – Ensuring clients stay on track with their health plans

Criteria To Be A Part Of The Porch Light Senior Care, Inc Team
To join Porch Light, you must meet the following qualifications:
✅ Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) License
✅ Reliable Transportation with current automobile insurance
✅ Current CPR & First Aid Certification (Must be up to date)
✅ Recent TB Test (Must be up to date)
✅ PSA Written Exam & Skill Check-Off
✅ National Background Check (Must pass pre-employment screening)
✅ Two (2) Professional References
✅ Two (2) Personal References
✅ Strong Communication & Compassionate Nature – Ability to engage with clients and provide quality care
