A single call to one of our Porch Light Senior Care, Inc. Client Support Representatives is all it takes to start the process. Our team takes the time to listen, understand your unique needs, and determine the best way to provide support for you or your loved one.
We will work with you to create a customized plan of care and review the costs of our services. Additionally, our team of reimbursement specialists will evaluate your options, including private pay, Medicaid Waiver programs, MCOs, MCEs, insurance coverage, long-term care benefits, and VA benefits, to determine if all or part of your services may be covered by a third party.

At Porch Light Senior Care, Inc., we believe there is no place like home to receive compassionate care that addresses the whole person. Mind, body, and spirit. Our home care and skilled nursing staff ensure a smooth transition from the hospital, emergency room, skilled nursing facility, or outpatient setting. Additionally, your family physician may recommend home care for ongoing medical or rehabilitation support.
We accept referrals based on the expectation that a client’s needs can be met and continuity of care can be maintained. Referrals may come from the patient themselves, physicians, discharge planners, friends, or family members.
Home care and skilled nursing services are not limited to seniors; we serve individuals at all stages of life. Our interdisciplinary team delivers innovative, individualized care while bringing a spirit of kindness and compassion to every client and family we serve.
